If you would like to view any properties we can either arrange appointments for you if you are making your own travel arrangements or if you prefer, we can arrange a personal accompanied viewing trip.

Making your own arrangements
If you are arranging your own travel and accommodation and wish to look at some properties, please let us know the dates which are most suitable for you along with your accommodation details and a contact telephone number in the region you are visiting. We will then arrange an appointment for you to meet one or more of the estate agents we work with.

If you make an appointment through our company to meet one of our estate agents/developers, and you decided to enter into an agreement to purchase a property through that company, we will refund you for the cost of 1 adult return flight towards your expenses. A copy of your flight ticket will be required and the refund paid on completion of the purchase.

Accompanied arrangements
Many estate agents will entice you with a low cost inspection trip for 3 or 4 days, often for as little as £99.00 per person. These are heavily subsidised trips where you will only ever see properties which that one estate agent has to offer. The days are so full that you will not be allowed any time to be on your own to prevent you from seeing other companies, and often, there can be pressure put on people to buy a property during this time.

On our accompanied visits we arrange to take a few people (only 1, 2 or 3 couples) on regular trips to inspect properties in the most popular regions of Spain we receive enquiries for, and at a time suitable to yourself. The only costs are for your own flights, accommodation and any personal expenses.

There is no pressure or obligation for anyone to purchase anything, it is simply an opportunity to view properties currently on the market. Should any of our clients feel under pressure from an estate agent, we will be there to take charge and intervene on your behalf. In our experience, we have found that the following advantages have been important factors, giving you satisfaction and peace of mind. We are confident we should be able to find you something of interest from at least one of our 'Partners' as 9 out of every 10 people purchase properties from our Accompanied trips.

• You can talk and share with other people, who are also looking to purchase a property in the same area.
• You will be personally introduced to 2 or 3 leading estate agents/developers we work with. In some countries they are considered as being Highly Commended as the best Estate Agent in their country.
• You are assured of dealing with honest & reputable estate agents/developers.
• You will be personally accompanied by one of our representatives who will always be at your assistance to ensure you are well treated, cared for and respected, and you will have your own free time in the evenings.
• You have all the resources of Lifestyles International Property Partnership available for advice on mortgages, solicitors, travel, removal companies, etc.

Every month (except August and December) we arrange viewings to the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca along with other areas as required.

As our business and reputation has been built on an individual and personal service to our clients, we are prepared to meet people (within mainland UK) individually before they travel to answer any questions, give them up to date information about the market, and discuss travel arrangements.
